that why im selling ea ea gy ect.. just in case we take off.. with this new bubble.. and china is doing the same they pumped 7 trillian yuan (misspelled) in their system first half of year. .. and since they shut the valve market is falling.. so now they plan on doing it again.. hmmmm easy credit i wonder where i heard that before..pumping up a tire with a leak will only last so long.

What he said about US monetary policy and gold – this bit on the record – would appear to validate the long-held belief of gold bugs that China has fundamentally lost confidence in the US dollar and is going to shift to a partial gold standard through reserve accumulation.
He played down other metals such as copper, saying that they could not double as a proxy currency or store of wealth.
“Gold is definitely an alternative, but when we buy, the price goes up. We have to do it carefully so as not stimulate the market,” he said."

since they keep their money cheap they are losing each time they buy commodities in dollars it cost them more. and each time u.s. buys from them .. the product made with commodities cost them more to produce. but since their money is manipulated (tied to usd) they sell it for the same price vs. usd. im so confused!!!! but it think i explained it right.. so basicly they are losing money

That's why it will not be possible to revert to a gold standard. So much gold would be needed that if anybody got a little whiff of what was going on you would see gold bubble to a price like you've never seen anything bubble before.

now add in they are losing houses to default also. also add in they dont like to let out failure image wise. so what is disclosed may be edited. add in they were allowed to borrow money to play the stock market like u.s. in 1929. so market is already inflated. add in since credit was stopped for stocks market has taken a hit.

now add in they are allowing more foreign investment to make up the difference. and they have said they were gonna ease credit again and you got a bubble.. and pumping it up more will not help. skimming investments from other markets to invest in china will not help other markets. add in the money going to gold.. and there is fewer dollars for stocks. and if the money on the sideline dont smell blood something is wrong. but they will soon be shorting..blood is in the water.. but they do smell blood cause they are buying gold. oh add in china employment is slipping..

Eur/$ is still not breaking these trendlines on the daily we have seen only a 700 pip range since the last 3 months

In cardiographic terms, it has flatlined.
