in my experience i tried lot of indi but fail fail fail fail .....i say one thing the main thing behind sonic R is PA and S&R enough those who dosnt undersatnd go post 1 and read honestly and do demo .....everything u need inside the system..

You're right, thinking too much does overcomplicate this system. However, I like to experiment adding/removing/improving with stuff like this.

Not exactly,,,,our wave is plain simple.. Higher Low for Long and Lower High for short...

Experimenting is fine, but you should be kind enough to make it plain in your post that you are deviating from SonicR so as not to confuse newer Sonikers.

By the way, I doubt you will ever improve on the SonicR by using a new indicator.

Erase everything you put on that chart and then just follow along with what I placed there. Remember, none of the set-ups triggered.

TAH, could you plz explain more about 89 EMA? I've seen lots of set-ups where it is not taken into the consideration. So the question is when do we have to take in consideration the 89 EMA when trading Sonic R set-ups?

Consider the example in the attachment of GBPUSD for 17 Aug - there was a perfect Sonic entry, however price didn't even come close to the 89 EMA.

How are my today's UJ set-up and the GU set-up in the pic are different from the technical analysis point of view?
Notice that in your Aug. 17th setup example, first PA drove up thru 89ema, then came back down thru it, then drove up thru it again to continue on upwards. PA waffeled about the 89ema, but finally made it thru and beyond. This can be considered "typical".....that a resistance is broken, then a pullback retests it as support before PA moves beyond. So, in conclusion, if the 89ema is nearby, it is conservative thinking to entertain the suspicion that PA will "pause" there. And you may want to wait to see which way it goes afterwards, before trading....unless there are enough pips up to the 89ema to make the trade worth while just to that area.

I sometimes look at a chart in the perspective of sma's as well as ema's, but out of respect for Sonic, I am trying to limit my posted charts to those with the official SonicR settings.

It is an option in what I hope will be a successful next release of SDX=TzPivots, as are the options to color box the yesterday and today sessions. But I am thinking to hold release until we (and I am thinking you will come up with the fix, and for which you will receive much credit) discover the solution to the errant pivots on H4 and Daily charts.

Now, if you have also fixed the errant X-mas bug by then, all the better!
