Yes it is interesting & reliable , works like slow stoch . Perhaps someone from your place or nearby ( malayasia) wrote it, I got long back from other forum.

China , the world's second biggest oil consuming nation.
The government may raise prices by 400-500 yuan ($58.60-$73.20) per tonnes, to track a basket of global crude prices that have moved up nearly 10 percent since Beijing's last price change on July 29.

My Renko charts shows that a move below to 1.4260 and a new high max around 1.4330 should indicate that we go bearish. Meanwhile we circle around the two white lines 1.4310 - 1.4320.
