i see what your saying.. but for that to happen oil has to be 85pb... it may happen but i doubt it unless we get a war or hurricane or something.. now if oil does this then the stock markets will take a hit and weaken euro... there is a fine equiliberim line somewhere. i think we are near that line now..sure we can go there but i think it will have many pullbacks before and if it happens.. a sudden move like a hurricane would hurt equitys.. a war may drive oil up but it will strengthen usd.. and without a job the house of cards will fall..there is oil all over the world in tankers with no place to go. tomorrow may start the ball rolling..time will tell

these number may help scalping.. the 50% point between lines could be a place for additional lines...

You are right. One should not try to move the market when it is not moving. It will be better to wait until tomorrow for any serious positon. All I will do is to get the ball and run for a touch down, why to take all this headache. Thanks buddy.

Don't be ashamed. Been there. I usually draw the line at twosies, though. I have hit 5+% increase on the account during sessions of only 4-pip default winners, many times. Small can be beautiful.

The September effect has everyone on edge... and should.

The NY desks said .4400 was a foregone conclusion this morning ... not looking so concluded right now.

I like the short side long term.

Yeah I'm starting to feel that way- but its like I don't know, I think I'm missing something, some hidden danger I'm not seeing, because this slow moving in between hours stuff seems to be where its at..hitting every one..because the probability of seeing major trendlines broken is less, everything just seems more predictable and easy...setting myself up?

Hey if it feels predictable and easy hotdamn just roll with it baby. Just keep your good mm in place & don't let success become overconfidence & carelessness. Quick & small is the safest way to go if you've got good mm discipline.

I'm pretty good MM wise, I keep margin at 2500% at least on these kinds of trades. If I wind up on the wrong side of it I cut it off if it takes too long, lose a pip, break even.., and just take the money from the ones I do get right. I made almost 2% scalping just now, no big deal but fun.., and better than sitting on my one position and waiting for the TL to break. Thats what I hate about holding long term trades, you have to watch your money go up and down again over and over..

all my stranded buys yesterday all got stopped when it hitted 4275. It sucks.

Koala showing a downward trend on the 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h and even the 4h.

Got a feeling it is really going south...
