No Idea what purpose the last 2 hours served, we may have been going down too fast so the big boys brought it up a bit to have better shorting spots. Anyways, still in my short from 1.4334

Pizza time now, the b/e stop should be safe.

Stocks red, treasury bubble ready to inflate. Fed pumped this thing up with POMO's, now they quit and equities crash on no real demand and overblown P/E multiples. Flight to area formerly known as "safety" ensues, dollar rises and so do treasuries. The masterplan of selling trillions worth of unrepayable debt will apparently work.

*L* Tuesday may give some direction..i got s/p overextended and dow near top.. imho i think a move lower has more bang for the buck..stocks eu oil gold ect. are fighting an up hill battle..without a job the worlds largest consumer buys less.. u.s. consumer sentiment is tomorrow. so i think we will remain flat to bearish and todays high area is safe.. for now short term..

eur/usd has hourly trendline support...the 55hour sma near 1.4300/1.4295 so a break thru there could see some fireworks...

I don't know too much about Gold/ Eur/Usd correlation, but my understanding was that gold is a flight to safety mechanism like the dollar, so a drop in gold should make the EU rise? Or am I totally off, since I see the opposite happening...

No Steve, check the 4H TF from both E/U and Gold. You will see...

The date was Dec. 18/09. EURUSD was pretty much the same price as it is today. Oild dove to sub $40 zone, but shortly thereafter started it's climb back up to today's prices.

So, oil is twice the price yet EURO has not gained on the USD since then. What does that tell me? Oil's been hedged up again. No real demand. Lots of BS numbers out there.
