I have a test that I'm giving my 4 yr old son this weekend. I'm going to hand him a day chart and ask him to tell me the direction it's going.

I had to comment on this.

Truly fantastic. You have clearly understood EO's and the other brilliant traders on this thread's take on the market to achieve this in your first full time week.
(I am sure you had already put in the hard work and deserved this anyway)
For those like myself who are trying desperately to succeed, we need to see these results and know this is achievable if we stay focused.

I have had one of my worst weeks this week on demo and live accounts trying to put into practice all of the information from the thread and put myself under extreme pressure.
You have just inspired me to lick my wounds kick myself in the butt and get back here next week re focused and ready to go.

I just ask that you, along with the other successful traders in the thread keep it going and keep inspiring us

I'm sorry to read you have not had a good week! This saddens me! For those who are having problems, stop trying to find the seats that some of us get. We get these seats from experience and knowing what to look for. I don't know if your rushing your trades or cutting them early, but have patience. Whenever price breaks out of it's range (we usually have 3 ranges in a day, 1 asian, 1 london, 1 us) get in off the m15 5 and use the 10/21 as your SL. There's a reason that price will stop and move another direction and 9 out of 10 times, it's going to give you more than 1 opportunity to get in on the bus. But, if your seeing price move north and your EXPECTING it to stop and move back south, your wrong. Chances are, it's going to continue north til it finds HTF Resistance. Remember, about how ranges work and the breakout of the range. You don't have to be in from the bottom or top all the time, you just need to be in the right seat when it moves.

Now that would be just yummy! I have my short postion from today still open, but I also have a short position from way up top covered at +200 and SL at 6700 that would love to see your 5300.

There will be another one around the corner! No sense in paying $16K when you can get it cheaper by having some patience.

yup. I have one swing still open from 68xx running (3 minilots) for the long term target. Your 6700 sl is safe methinks since the 6600 resistance is rock solid. I reckon cable might still range for another week at least before a breakout but who knows. I'll try to work around this range in the meantime tho if I can get a bit more screentime.

I think we'll have this range for one more week as well. Next week will open the doors either north or south. Again, it could just open the doors to another range. You know me brother, I'll take her north and south without regard, to me the only true direction is EAST.

As always you put it in terms that make perfect sense. I just have to apply it this way.
I have followed your thread since the beginning and realized you are seeing the charts in a way I have never experienced.
If I merely followed your trades I would have more success but no ability to trade. I am determined to be self sufficient and ultimately able to help others longer term
my mistakes often come in the London session when I trade alone.
I know it will take time and time is what I will continue to invest.
I will be ok next week
