Nice position, I've taken a short position myself at 6530, but I'm only following the charts. My SL is tight and I will not let it get away from me.

That's what I'm thinking, plus with how the PA on the m15 is showing the long upper wicks being rejected. It's crunch time on it though.

Hey EO sorry, it was intended for other GU thread and mixed it with your thread.

Anyways, my point being mostly on the fundamental side is, cable is getting loaded for tanking on Thursday (jobless report, V Imp). This is my opinion based on recent news manipulation. I have seen news manipulations before this recession but markets have become more shrewd now.

They don't react immediately now a days but prepares in advance and react later.

Let's see if my "guess" is right. I am expecting 66000-66500 at least before this thing tanks.
Also, expecting no big moves until Thursday.

You post is welcomed in here! I might not be a fundamental trader, but many in here are. I would agree with your price for the tanking. I have a short position that is covered at +200 and SL at 6700 that I will be adding to very heavy when and if we get to that price. Not to mention, my current long position would like to see it. But, that is the area I have in my scope as well, mine just happens to be technically based and yours is fundamentally based.

If we got a nice pull back after that breakout, like we were talking about, i think buyers would of come in and pushed it higher. Since it looks like it hit a brick wall and stalled.....shorts may be in order on a failure to break higher.

I had to take a short at 1.6530 based on potential for tweezer top on 1 hr chart, it may not hold but had to try!!!

This is the place to short it for sure at the time being. 6542 is the line in the sand. I was just refilled short at 6535

I am a swing trader. Hold position for days without SL, I hedge instead. I used to trade with daily charts, but not daily :-)

After getting kicked out of my Investment banking IT project mgmt job, I started daily scalping for 50-100 pips. It's very exciting I must say. It pumps up the adrenaline.

I am learning to do daily scalping based on technical analysis. I use simple EMA's with pivot's , and previous SR. They come in really handy.


Anyhow, back to business. If 65500 breaks, we are testing 66500. Although as said earlier, I do not expect big moves until thursday 1330 BST. We might be in 50 pip range.
