I am in after confirming with fibo expansion. got in slightly late as I wanted it to clear the MR1 resistance.

Probably TP half at 1.65764 then let the rest run after BE

What were the high and low points used to get your FE results?

I didn't like the PA so bailed out.

All,

I have been looking at the diagrams charts everyone is posting on this thread for about a month and have yet to come up with a method to draw the wave, nor do i see why when waves are drawn as in some of the charts why some hi and low's are skipped over during the identification of a sonic wave. Can someone please clarify what the correct method is when drawing the waves point to point ? Or is this just a subjective creation so to speak ?

Yes, you must work on this before it becomes a crippling bad habit. Doing this regukarky will lead to your losses being bigger than your winds, rather than the other way around.

I do not think wave analysis is a subjective creation, as many of us Sonikers from around the world identify and trade the same set ups at the same time, and this happens over and over again.

In order to answer your questions, it would be helpful to us if you would post your charts and show us specifically which highs/lows you feel are being skipped, etc.

In other words, SonicR is a visual set-up, and we need to see what you are seeing to explain why or why not a particular wave is not traded.

Without seeing a chart from you, I would guess that perhaps sometimes a short set-up would be ignored by us because CCI is bullish or the slope of the dragon is sideways to up rather than down, and vice versa for a seemingly long set-up where CCI is bearish or dragon is down.

Well, it wasn't like a panic thing or anything, I had kind of figured out that price was going to retrace to the area of the 6.8 FE. So, I just figured I would TP before it retraced and then possibly reenter if I saw another wave.

That said, I do have a tendency to TP way too early and as you say, I have to learn to take the heat and let winners run and indeed accept a loss as graciously as a win.

Panic or not, it will kill you as a trader. I fought it for years. Don't let it become a regular bad habit like I did, because it is very hard to stop once you get used to doing it.

I suppose it is working out how much heat we are prepared to accept before making the trade. It must be a fine line between taking heat and watching a profit turn into a loss.

I Don't Like Trailing Stops. I Like To Change My SL Manually When It Reaches To My Proper Level.

Someone mentioned H4 tf as a good way to start, just looking at H4 the waves both good ones and bad ones seem to jump out more.

I think, I am going to move to H4 till my brain can differentiate the real waves from the rocks in the water.
