Did anyone else play the 35/50 cross and reverse?

I've booked 20 and covered at BE

i was short without even realisng the news were out it came 5-6 pips near my stop and then spreads went from 3.5 to 15pips and it took me right out of trade

EO played the 35/50 cross and reverse. Basically if the candle goes through the 35 and the 50ma on the 15min chart, which that giant of a candle did, it will "usually" turn around at the close of the candle (or close to it). I think I remember from the pdf that EO uses a 35 pip stop loss from the top of the wick.

Question here for you guys, if this 4 hour candle which closes in one hour closes below 1.6525 would we be thinking short? If it closed as it is now it sure looks short signal to me!!!

I am up 65 pips now and do not want to give it back to this bitch!!

Exactly! You have to wait until the candle closes through the 35/50, then on the next candle go against the direction of the candle. In this case, it was long.

Yes, if we get the h4 close below 6525, it keeps us within the range and she'll continue back south.
