Thanks for the explanation.

I am such an idiot....and I am sure it seems like explaining to a 5 year old.

I have just changed my charts to show bid prices not ask prices and the two h4 candle bottoms show the way....1.643xx

The value of closing below 6434 was critical for the bears on the h4 because it would have confirmed the break south on the h4. The lowest wick of the range on the h4 was 6434 so price had to close below it, otherwise, the dblhc on the h4 provided the power to the bulls to drive price north and that's exactly what they have done.

6525 is a key price for GU on the h4 to close above (my hr doesn't close for another 2h). If we do not close above 6525, we will revisit at the very least 6438

6555 will be an area where sellers are sitting. They will try and keep price under the 6525 on the close of the h4.

Did you guys see the power of the sellers when she got to 6549? Their sitting there and will battle hard to cover that area. The h4 close will provide our next direction which I would absolutely love to be south.

Thanks! I still have one soldier long on the Mistress from 134.42 and one long on the Mrs from 6396. They both have battled hard may have to give them a rest soon.

Never sell @ lower upward channel unless breacked and vise versa .

I can't tell you whether to short it at 6550 or not right now. We have a bullish h4 that closed 2h 20m ago and the bulls have had control. We will get a clear signal when to short it that's for sure.

Hi All. Been an observer here (on this excellent thread) for a while now and my trading has improved greaty so thanks to all. Specially EO. But here is an amateur question. My platform (IG Index) does not give me the option for 4hr candles. Where can I get hold of them as they seem to be critical. Thanks in advance all and keep up the good work.

i will wait 6567 that station more save to short.

Welcome to our thread! I'm pleased to hear your trading has improved since following along. That's what we're here for. You definately need h4 candles. I like my Rumus Software from fxclub.com myself, but the software is not that user friendly. So, if your not comfortable navigating your way through it, you can find a MetaTrader platform that has h4 candles. I personally would call my broker and ask them why I can't get h4 candles on their charts before I went through the troubles of a new platform.
