Movement within very narrow ranges ,failing run even a small bull again, to cross successfully 1.42, the swing point .Even the bear to continue it needs up much above 1,4215 , perhaps at 1.4250 ,next fib before any decision.
with persistent failure is to down again ( as of higher tf,h4 ) to start up next .

coz i think it shud start from candle body that gives correct prices and not the wink.

Market has held up all day above daily pivot. This is enogh information for me at the moment and I'm long looking for a 40 pip move. Risk to the downside is closing below S1. Travelling light.

Thanks for the concern , usually I dot bother much about & nothing will happen exactly as it shows . so I can just get the approximate movements within them. About wicks ,they should not be totally ignored ,ofcourse I do not know actually what they should be , even higher tf candle shows a wick the lower tf will not show that much & much lower tf again show much lower. so price actually moved was moved in realtime .

Just going on & workable what I apply for my work.

With ts & sl let the trades decide the fate , will see them again in the evening.Just see the news , all over for today & positive for EUR , should be good day for technical trading with movement within expected ranges , so should be worriless trading for everybody.

This is interesting. I would be surprised to find China slackening, as in fact they are very concerned of a bubble in the making. My experience of bubbles, having been through a few, its that before the bubble the market exceeds all expectations and continues for protracted period. I don't see why china should be any different. Walmart isn't china. It's a good point you raise though and has me thinking a bit about the shipping. That's the problem with long term trading, too much like hard work considering all the variables, as the mind has too much time to ponder.Makes for a more informed investor.

Open chart, preferably H1 and above
Determine the underlying trend.(Currently up in my opinion)

Enter 1 lot depending on account size eg if account size is 100,000 you buy 1 standard lot @ 1.42. If account size is 10,000 buy one mini lot(10,000)

Price goes against you to say 1.41 buy another lot. You are now long at 1.415 .
Price still goes lower to 1.40 , buy another lot. You are now long at 141 with a leverage of 3:1 which should really not cause you sleepless nights.
All you need to do now is seat and wait for the underlying trend to kick in but with a mental figure of how far down the price can go before the trend is considered to have changed-example 1.3950 stop loss.
Take profit depending on your risk reward strategy.

Misuse of leverage (not entry levels) is the biggest killer in trading.
Use between 1:1 and 4:1 max gearing and enter positions gradually and you will be amazed how stress free your trading will be.
It also helps to concentrate all your efforts and risk towards one pair and move only in one primary direction(trend).


If price does not go against you, all you need to do is collect profit and re enter at whatever level-Remember entry does not really matter, what matters is the trend and how you manage the trade once you are in.

for trading purpose consider wall mart as china..you will not go wrong. consider #2 copper as china. copper is up its a bubble..the spread between #1 and #2 copper is about .20$ this indicates china has slowed a bunch buying it.(speculation drove up price not demand it did the same thing last year) add in china cancels on coal/steel in australia. maybe arresting the those Aussie's is all bs to cover steel cancels. then you got tankers like last year full (all over the world) with no where to go. add in storage tanks in u.s. full or near 100% capacity. now last week eu lost correlation with equities.. im not all in yet but i will be in with a strong drop..im looking for a better price to sell the peeks.. using a tight m/m... i can jump heavy on the train when/if it happens..

today the main trend is still decline..today range of euro is 1.4045-1.4235..so i enter sell at 1.4210..sl at 1.4245..tp at 1.4140 and 1.4070..

so lets see...

It will work sometimes, but in the end you'd end up losing. There is a strategy of this type of averaging down when it is planned in advance, but why bother to add to losers on a consistent basis. Why not add to winners on a consistent basis, that's how professionals do it.

With no real news to move the ticker, I expect the market to range today.

Short order hit this morning at 1.4189. Looking for 1.4157 to test friday's lows. We may or may not get there today. I'll wait.
