wow for the past 20 minutes there's literally been zero volume. what is going on here

What else one should expect in first few trading hours of the week? I would normally stay away from these hours.

See what time that fall took place?

Right at 11:00.

I'm sure it exits somewhere but that should be a strategy to itself.

Why... because it's where the big players take or leave positions... in this case... leave.

It's Sunday night man, you think the big dogs are out to play? If you're going to trade light volume, go for small profit and get out quick. Asian sessions (specially sundays) can go either way - plowing big stops, range, flat line, etc. and completely disregard technicals or fundies

I was pretty sure you were a male but wasn't aware of the school.

Just to share one of the expensive lessons I learned from my blown out accounts - Preseve money and/or mental capital until maket warms up and takes a definite direction. Last thing one would like to see is that he/she was right but seriously damaged operating capacity before long awaited opportunity materialized.

.4200 is a magnet... in both directions.

My bias is to sell... so all those trades are sells.

Small lot sizes.

How'd you fare on the 1.4430 sell?
I appreciate the tips on that 4430 man. haha I finally closed it out for like 75 pips or something. It was tough to stay in there, but I'm definitely glad I did.

Okay, for sure. My biggest problem is staying out of the market because I have a tendency to want an open position at all times.

i do that a lot. my sl are tighter then normal. i thought 4199 area was gonna do it for us tonight then down the early part of week.. not much big news till middle of the week..but who knows.. we already went above it... my sl was 4212. just above 10 on purpose. but my trade is still running so i still got a shot.. if not i got the others set at a better price.. all in all if you include ca my pip sl is below 21 pips for all 3 trades combined. i can live with that..

No one on earth can fight with human nature. It is but natural. Keeping it very small may help, provided you do not get carried away and add to these small positions.

But I know, everyone would learn the way I learned - the hard way!
