In reality no, it didn't.

I see GU driven north today because of EU. Not that this was not an important close for GU, but I'm not seeing this shooting towards 1.72 right away either. But it does open the door for the possiblity. Both pairs look OB to me, a pullback is in the cards I believe personally.

The h4 close on EU has presented us with a DBHLC, which supports a downward movement is in the works as well for EU. GU's h4 close was indecisive.
