It's not going to be an easy ride to get there by any means! But, with the position I have from the top, I'm willing to leave some soldiers on for a possiblity. Right now, I'm ass kicking myself for not taking the long at 6395 with SL below 6380.

VIX gapped up yesterday, up another 5% so far today. $ strength. First signs of a market top to confirm this broadening formation in the US indices? Ridiculous over-confidence in some sectors that the worst is over. Looks like we might get the reversal as we turn into August (repeat of last year?)...

I jumped in another short at 1.6415 and looking for t/p at 1.6385

If I get a nice reversal candle at 1.6380 or lower I would like to go back on a long for a few

MAAAAAAANNNNN are you an oracle or something, just unbelievable. I went short yesterday at 6510 and wasnt sure where to place my stop and then i saw you mentioning 6560 level so i put my stops at 66 cause oanda sometimes spikes abit more than others added at 6535 with stop at 66 also and i now partially closed my shorts for +120 - im waiting for 1.6280 +-15 to liquidate my position fully.

But oh my god price went withing 3 pips of 6560 level and then jsut reversed. how did you choose that level? thats my biggest problem - setting stops in the right place. im right about direction more often than not but get stopped out prematurely only to see price to go my way straight after, like today on EURO/DOLLAR, got stopped out, price went 7-10 pips above my stop and collapsed almost 200 pips.

Let's be a bit nicer here I would think. You never know what other things people have going on.. Plus that isn't the way to get help..

Try this " I don't really see what your saying think you could expand your explanation and if you would be so kind and can, post a chart ?"

Just a thought we all don't mind helping but we are due some respect for doing so. take care.. if you look on your 1 hr chart you will see that the 136.00 had a couple of pins and turned there This is Resistance S?R .. area .. The price this morning did not make a new high so thos pins are still in play. So you short there with a tight stop. I don't have the trendline but sure it is there also.

I'm not an oracle bro! Just a trader in the trenches like everyone else. It's hard for me to verbally explain how I choose my stops. I just look at the charts and they pop out at me. I know this is not a good answer, but it's true. No crystal ball or other magic.

I'm glad you got in on the short ride. It's been fun!

BTW, I've taken a long position at 6405, SL is below 6380
