Its worth noting though that this peek we've just established is divergently high from the last. This suggests another more serious attempt at 4300 in the works. I'd like to see more of a sell of first though. I'll be sure to cash in all my shorts on any kind of significant dip down.

Somebody please help me overcome my unability to understand this chart.

The ECB money supply, according to this chart is growing at a much reduced annual rate.

How can this be if the bank is printing Euros like they were Simon and Schuster ?

The actual report just seems like the numbers are just, I dunno the word......uhhhhh, bullshit ?

M3 in this case, which measures, quote," Change in the total quantity of
domestic currency in circulation and deposited in banks" unquote.
Shouldn't the Money Supply be like +500% or something when all the "created" money
is taken into consideration, or does that not count ?

I wouldn't make that assumption neccessarily. Its possible, but only the attempt looks likely to me, not the achieving. I'm definitely going to hold out for high sell entry points though next time around.
(I should say assuming we even sell off here, lol)

The ECB can't just print money! That's completely different to the FED.

one main thing i dont like about the current suituation from a shorter point of view is the amount of time spent in the 1.42ish area.

the longer it is, the less resolve the bears have to push to 1.38

Never sell @ lower upward channel unless breacked and vise versa .

Its not just the amount of time, but the power of the overall bullish sentiment-bears have only shown their strength when we've hit sensitive areas, the other 85% of the time its all bulls. Its like watching a minute range and you see the trending force on one side and you just know its going that way. I really wish I had better info on the supposed options contracts protecting 4300.

Further, the breakdown of the EZ's M3 ( US prefers we don't talk about USA's M3 anymore)
shows about Nine and a half TRILLION Euros in circulation, compared with 7.7 trillion in 2006,
8.6 trillion in 2007 and this current number, the nearly same 9.4 trillion, at the end of 2008.

So, would they have us believe only about 20-30 billion euro's have been created
and put into circulation over the past six/seven months since the year began ?
This compares to over 700 billion euros added to the system in '08 and
almost a trillion euros (921 billion) added in '07.

And (practically) nothing for 2009 ?

What's going on ? Is it a nifty accounting trick ?

5min channel breacked out Upword and give BUY signal .. i not take trade yet.

it may go 4300 after retest 4250

Well that's what I thought. And I don't mean print money like paper currency to
place into circulation, but created money fabricated thru the process of liquidity injections
and ECB open market operations. Doesn't any new money get counted in the M3 calculations ?
Or is it exempt from inclusion if the ECB withdraws or drains that liquidity back out
of the system before the reports are compiled ?


Compared to the US FED, I understand the model is supposed to be different.
But if they're cooking the books with some handy accounting method available,
how is that any different than what US does every banking business day of the year ?
