We are in a consolidation but we have retested a trend line that I have on my daily at the 135.50 area. Now whether she breaks the trend line that is yet to be seen. I was just pointing out what I see.

I read the same thing, the EU would see 1.45 before 1.35. She got her ass smacked down today when she got close to 1.43. It's possible though and your right. EU goes up, correlation says GU and EJ will follow. Unless, the YEN is stronger than the Dollar and the Pound, then the correlation is broken. I've seen it happen. I watch correlation with the following pairs:

EU
GU
UJ
GJ

Put all four together and you'll see what I'm talking about. I use to have a worksheet years ago for the correlation. I can't find the damn thing now though.

I agree these all march together the only time I have seen them break the correlation is when the demand for YEN is greater than the demand for pounds but pound demand is stronger than dollars the same applys to the EURO
