you can ask but i aint telling.. doing the chf also.. but if you got one you dont need another.. this works in any market away from news.. works well on slow days..

Hi gator,

I have a spreadsheet I been workin on that takes any set of historical price data - by minute, 10-min, whatever you can find - then simply counts the instances of each price & draws a histogram for the distribution. Results are interesting, show where price "likes to be" and not. Price likes to touch the s/r lines. Still refining - is this close to what you do?

I do... I have an indicator that calculates them based on the NY close.

You do have to be cautious of psychs but often they'll give you great choke points... like they did today.

The thread you mention above is very good... a trader named eyevoltage has done a great job keeping it alive and trading it.

hehe i know we have lot many smart brains on this forum...i had a diferent idea thats manula and really tiring...so i will try your idea

nope.. all my info is pre nov. 2000... it even came close to predicting the all time high.. within 23 pips i think.. but i would be curious to see if any of my numbers pop up on yours.. i bet they do.. look put the numbers on a 5m chart and dont trade for a few days.. learn the personality.. one good trade is all you need a day.. earnings unlimited

i already got 80% of your predicted numbers on my chart using roundnumber grid... lemme try few more trick to uncode this mystery...but no disrespect to you all hard work must be respected

Earnings unlimited...damn I likes the sound of that.

I'll put the spreadsheet up for free when its done. Toying with some front end data entry fields that will allow the user to specify how to use it, etc.

Meanwhile, I am staring a thread today "4% a Day Forever" & there's a stupid spreadsheet in there that lets you see how easy it is to become a bazillionaire in the forex game. Should be good for a laff.

if it was that easy some one else would of already packaged it and would be selling it..good luck.. numbers are based on 50% a big number in nature and in the bible..

i did once have charts like you desribed.. i thought i found something new. since i never read any trading books.. little did i know they already had a name for it..piz or something close..price something zone.. anyway my numbers do end up there but for another reason.. the piz follows.. and as time goes on each cross makes it show up.. yes bounces are a big thing.... but from personality you can see what ones are more likely to bounce or not...

it one of those either you get it or you dont.. place them on a 5 mn chart.. learn personality around the numbers.. color the lines as described.. there are a few post in my history over the last few weeks.. even a few live trades.. that may help.. but nothing i can say will help you unless you study personality around the numbers..yes bounces are a big thing.... but from personality you can see what ones are more likely to bounce or not...

LOL, i'm working on a 3D model of price data which superimposes real Pi with approximate Pi, mapped out some cosmic charts recently sent back from Hubble...
