I'm a bit trauma to the short position. How far do you think it will go down after that point? Btw, why 1.4320? My fib retracement line 0% is at 1.4330 though...

Edit: I mean fib retracement from 1.2455 to 1.4331

It's the 50% fib from the drop of last July to October, and has been a good area of resistance since December. The world indicies are due for a pullback of some degree too.

First of all, 'difference of opinion' has absolutely Nothing to do with who I ((or anybody else for that matter)) put on on my Iggy list as you so presumptiously assume but rather it's the simple Annoyance Factor or oversized charts that gets 95% of them on it. Problem solved with a keystroke and they are free to annoy whoever is willing to put up with them, or blow up someone else's screen while I perambulate blissfully on...

The other 5% are in some variation of the "Guaranteed Waste of Time" or "this person has really managed to pi$$ me off alot" category and in that case it's better for both of us if I withdraw. For instance, I would rate you in the former (GWT) while a certain halfazz'ed member here would rate the latter...

It's Amazing to me that you would presume to dictate to others what they should or should not put up with. I would assume you feel I should put up with You as it's apparently "dumb" of me to ignore you, but hey... Good Luck with that one. It's My Ignore List and I'll do what I want to with it; you'll just have to deal with it. Or not.

One question about this part of your post tho...

I Hedged the position by longing AUD/USD when EUR was breaking through 1.42 last night, made some modest gains to replace losses, I'm going to do that again maybe worth a try for you as well, good luck!

I re-entered by longs but not before it moved up to 1.4212. Waiting for it to cross 1.4218 for a target of 1.4240 (This is a short term trade).

Spsantos, what is your idea, how high it should go this week?

I'm pretty pissed off at my broker right about now. I just got to my computer to discover that they triggered off some pending buy orders without executing my take profits which I had set 1 pip lower. For example I had one long's take profit at .4219 and a pending long at .4220. At the moment I have both trades open. ???. Need to call these f**kers. Let's see what bs they tell me. If you're wondering why I do that....I like to take profits off the table from time to time. I don't mind paying a spread to do so. It also can't be the spread becaue the broker commission is built into the trade. Let me find out why, brb.

Are your spreads fixed and guaranteed not to go wide ?

It certainly COULD be the the spread, because they can deal however wide a spread they want to.
1 pip, 2 pips 10 pips. I'm not kidding. Even Oanda with their 0.9 euro spread goes wide sometimes,
even without news.

So if your buy stop was at 20 and you sell limit was at 19 and the spread traded 18 at 20,
you got filled on the long stop, but not filled on the sell limit. Too close.

Infact, they could have slipped you on a 20 stop to say, 22 and still not filled your sell limit at 19
because THEIR bid on THEIR platform only reached 18 or whatever.

That's what I'll fathom a guess at what they'll likely tell you.

Or, they may be total arseholes and not even give you that much info.
