commercial loans reset the same way.. most are 5 years i personally have a 10 year commercial ballon..since most are 5 yr we got 4 more years of this.. wall street will sell less widgets with unemployment up and going higher. adult kids more then ever are moving home. cause they cant make it...mom and dad are buying less because expence of kids moving back home..

i meant i know what H&S is. i just dont know enough about tecnicals of H&S (like: what makes it valid, etc,...)

What ever happened to " The Kitchen Sink " quarter? Maybe the banks knew all along that the pipeline is full of problems, and one big confessional would do nothing but destroy their share price short term and make exec bonuses even tougher for the tax payers to stomach. Safe havens never looked better right now.
