Hi there... I'm regular guest here n just registered today...

Btw, I found something interesting, but I don't know if this is right or not... It's seems that they are trying to form head and shoulder in the daily chart... How do you think?

well if communities want to save what they got they need to curve building. this will force more remodeling to keep those workers employed.. it will also slow/stop declining prices by drying up supply.. home depote ect. still is able to sell crap. community does not create a ponzi scheme where you always need new blood to keep scheme up.. community house properties go up... problem solved.. not a damn thing wrong with mayberry..without the strip mall and redlights.. self preservation

Bank of America reported today its second-quarter 2009 net income of $3.2 billion after that preferred dividends of $805 million were deduced, compared to a net income of $3.4 billion within the second quarter last year, which is efficient and cheerful as the Bank had overall continued strong revenue performance in the wholesale capital businesses as well as in home sales.

Citigroup Inc. reported a $4.28 billion profit or 49 cents a share from $2.5 billion loss or 55 cents a year ago, above analyst's expectations of 27 cents. The bank with impacted tremendously by the financial crisis which forced the bank to have a bailout from the government worth $45 billion.



The bank had to sell assets such as Smith Barney brokerage to compensate some of the toxic loans losses.

I'm an electrician, and am taking jobs that I never would have in the past. There are so many houses out there with out dated electrical systems ready to go up in flames. Yes, fixing them does add value to the community, it just takes skills not every tradesman took time to develop.

I don't know where these housing starts are located. Defenitely not near me. We have half finished communities all over the place and I haven't seen one cent of stimulus money spent on infrastructure in the Philadelphia region. Not to mention alot of the these 5yr ARMs are still resetting as we speak and coupled with increasing job losses= more foreclosures.

gov. subsidies ... its bs.. there not paying but 0 or 1/4% interest. charging 28% cc interest.. this is the biggest u.s. bank... and a software company or oil company make more..come on.. that dog dont hunt.
