It moved too fast for your software to register. Look through your user agreement with your broker and you'll find something about that...If it had dropped say 300 points and stayed there, you'd still be responsible for the whole loss...

If it is that fast and your S/L didn't had the chance to trigger you're OK. Imagine if that would be in your TP direction and didn't trigger
