i did not put other numbers because they are higher then 50%.. if 61 dont turn it. it should go to next area. 3974/4001 3986 watch how it acts here to see if we go higher.. its bullish but apearing weak the way it crosses thus far.. its over 74 so you still have to respect the bulls..

For Tuesday 7-14-2009 EUR-USD made a small range again. Though we broke above yesterday's high, there was not much momentum to carry us much further. Prices rallied during the last 3 hrs of trading indicating that bulls were not ready to give up just yet.

Summer seems to have dulled the market as we have stayed range bound since Memorial Day.

I remain bullish over all. On the weekly chart we have a doji. Until last weeks' low (1.3832) is broken, we have a good chance to test last week's high (1.4072) and move higher.

*L* should of waited till after earnings.. all the salesmen are saying the recession is over.. go out and run up your cc... the ones they cut the limit on.. i wonder who pays the salesmen... what is the job of a salesmen. who pays cnbc? who pays bloomberg? goldmen made a lot of money subsidised at zero or 1/4% interest.
