there is NO WAY it's going down, without a 100-200 pip rally. It's just makes more sense. IMO.

...it seems current president of Indonesia will be selected again for the second term. The election quick count shows more than 50% number. Though i don't vote for him with some unrelated reason to financial economy, I'm still glad, at least financial market expect him to rule again.

My trade is a daily PL setup. once the PL or PH is hit I just wait for secondary confirmation before pulling the trigger. If the price break out of the PH/PL then it could be a continuation but 95% of the time if that is the case traditional indies such as MACD will also continue to display continuation characteristics.

In this case you could have used across above the MACD signal line on the 5min which would have got you into the move (should it turn out to be) at 1.3882. I didn't use the MACD but any indy that you feel comfortable with should suffice and protect somewhat against catching a falling knife syndrome.

back to the macro markets. All of the european exchanges should continue to fall because they lag the US. So that should make the movement higher exagerated for the next few months.

So long term longs should work out.

Hi Klinck,

Thanks for your earlier insight. I do have a Tp @ 1.3946 but after that it's price action for me though I think we can go higher thereafter. Then again, I rather put the $ in my pocket.

when there is no direction to be had I go with pa I just like this move. Too many things in agreement to not take it long term.

I have scrapped the volty as the entry trigger in favour of something slightly more responsive. The Volty is all good though it's just costing me slighty too many pips as a confirmation tool.

I only use the GU system on the GU.
Still a good system, just choppy as h*ll right now, 55+ pips SL on GU M5

EUR/USD rallies on sovereign demand, Russia seen selling

EUR/USD has seen a decent rally from it’s 1.3859 session low, with aforementioned sovereign demand finally turning up, albeit at little lower levels than expected.
We’re presently back at 1.3895, with Russia sell interest around 1.3900 so far capping the rally.
