The PA eased over that trendline like a nude man does over a barbed wire fence.

Got a couple of pull pack levels on this push down but I don't expect it to stop till the 4hr stoch is good and ripe. The hourly chart stoch will probably remain buried oversold until the 4hr stoch turns back long.

We'll see how much juice is left in this continuation of the medium trend down.

it's a f### strong resistance this 1.39/1.3870

This pair looks weak right now... but who the hell knows lately.

Anyhow... take a look at the attached chart.

We have the PP coming in at .3957.

We have a fib study of our last move with the 50 very close to the PP around .3965.

If we get there I'll be selling around the the 38.2 which is also near the psych of .3950.

also 1.3950 area seems to be an important pivotal zone that has been reacting as support and resistance very cleanly on a number of past occasions for past days. And with the head and shoulders on s&p daily and the oil monstrous double top i think its safer to sell rallies

S&p 500 closed right on resistance today. Probably a slight bump up tomorrow in that index, and if you agree with the EU S&P coloration, might be a good chance to build more shorts for the ride to 1.32.

yes i think we are due for a retracement up and then shorts around the pp. usd/chf is due for a move down so it makes sense.

I don't think shorts have taken profits yet.

Assuming many entered on 1.4039, we have not yet reached weekly daily S1.

I can't see it turn around and erase these profits for shorts but that is exactly what i fear.

Asian Banks seen buying EU since 1.388, but with choppy trading yesterday make sure to take profit as early as possible. retracement until 1.397 is possible I think. China has been the biggest role in this choppy trading they bought at 1.39 yesterday and then sell around 1.4-1.405 later. So protect your account.
