I sort of question how well longs are going to hold up after already moving 110 points north in a few hours, anyone else taking shorts?

Nope not saying anything except that the trend is up and on that basis I shall keep adding to the dips.

This may well go to 1.42 or higher - I don't know but if it does I' ll be

That reminds me- A few years ago when Afghanistan was passing through difficult times, someone asked me to review a contract that was signed in Afghanistan. I asked this person if there were any functional courts or a judicial system in Afghanistan at that point of time. He replied No. My question was where would he take this contract in case of any dispute?

By the way only an agreeement that is enforceable...
But surely tribal contracts are still valid contracts.

I can see 1.4172 (retest) this month but not this week. I see 1.3880 this week.
