Could be. Maybe a sell-off in the final part of trading in US. If US Stocks break down sharp, E/U could go lower into Asia...

Well in that case you have to take a look at the big picture (monthly) where you see a clear up trend starting in July 2001.
We are contained within 2 trendlines (a channel) and we just bounced off the upper trendline of that channel. This means we now go down.
One would also expect us to gravitate towards the single main trendline on that same chart, which we are currently above. (Also meaning we go down.)
