hi guys,
i have a question about this possible triangle on this NASDAQ chart..
i have drawn in 2 lower TLs. I like the red one but wanted to check if the white one would be correct??

damn!! my eye refuses to see these smaller lows/highs as significant!!

Hi all

1). I would like to ask how has the Average Daily Trading Range Templates been working for you people here. I find the 19.x and 20.x templates quite hard to apply as the markets wont let you have a "nice picture" to fit them.

2). Should I trail my stops behind to breakeven and hope to let the profits run?. I don't think this technique was mentioned in the book. The prices can retrace to take out the stops.

3). In the hope of letting the profits run, can I hold my positions till next day instead of end of day or reaching "Average Daily Range" (I find this very hard to gauge)? I can't close my positions as I am sleeping (I am in Asian session).

4). Also for the pip ranges and currency pairs listed in the 18.x templates, are they up to date and will continue to be applicable in the future? For example I know Cable was not included in some of them but was later mentioned by Igrok that it is applicable by all the 18.x templates and that some pairs cannot fit into the pip ranges mentioned. I noticed 18.5 left out USDJPY. Is this a typo?

5). Whatever happened to Fig. 20.7b?

6). Are there any errors in Figures 18.2a/b? I feel the Average Daily Range should extend from the top/bottom and not from the minor retracement. The same thing for the stop loss placed, shouldn't it be beyond the top/bottom and not just at the minor retracement? The Average Daily Range issue also applies to Fig. 18.4a/b.
