That's exactly what it is bro! You also need to realize I call ASK prices out, not BID prices. Regardless of moving north or south, my call prices are always the ASK price. I do it this way because your candles close on the ASK price, not the bid price and it's all about the candles.

That was a excellent post and so very true.. ....

It don't take a lot of pips and for some sitting at the computer all day doesn't help. I find a good ballance is right for me.

If your working at other things as some are, it helps then you just catch the good trades that appear as your working. Your not TRYING to get into a trade all the time , easier to wait for the trade to come to you.

anyway nice explanantion last night.. and great calls this morning.

I could not agree with this more I used to trade from 7 until 5 every day now I do about 4 hours a day and only trade when I know I will be able to concentrate for about an 1H at a time the rest of the time I sleep, watch tv or go out, made a huge difference to my trading
