Only the sideways motion carries on so direction revealed if that high or 1.6200 Daily breaks and closes I think now...Yesturdays candle looks bearish tho I think could have been worse if red.
Tony, my ichimoku system gives me a daily bullish signal for usd/lfx today, lets have a look, if this time dollar turns bullish. Of course my forecats for GU up and eur/usd up would have been wrong in this case. Lets see...

see usd/lfx turning bullish, geppy bearish, and aus/usd bearish

blue lines are support and resistance levels on my charts.

my trades have been pretty good on monday, but very very bad on tuesday and wednesday, today was OK.

12 Hr Tf
1) Monthly at PRESENT is still Bullish
2) 12 hr TL broken,and prcices have ( will ) closed back inside the TL,was this a false Break
3) a BULLISH piercing Pattern seen---2.5 hrs to go to close
4) the DOW index was UP today
5)3-4 attempts to break 1.6200 have FAILED and today it did not even get there

will be an intresting FRIDAY..

I'm going to pleased if we actually hit 3.0043 If not I think break down , is coming anyway ,correction of trend.
Of course its perfectly possible to break up but im sure the 161.8 will have an effect.

yen encountering resistance but no decision, very weak cad, hard work for gbp, aud, eur (doji)
usd still ranging, nzd maybe just a pullback?

nzd is not a harami, but rather a dark cloud cover
on aud there is an advance block, indicating exhaustion (besides heavy swings)

Hi peaches, take a look here at how european central banks may be screwing our hopes for correction:

Also take a look at AUDNZD at what's happening above lower trendline and horizontal S/R at 1.2400. Weekly candle was doji (from memory, I don't have weekly graph before me) and on daily I see bullish engulfing now with second retrace to the trendline, and I am long from there, hoping for 1.2750 or so.

Also on USDZAR weekly graph you can see falling three methods. I did not go short because the close of last weekly candle was not bellow resistance, but it looks that today's daily close will make it through (hoping ...).
