Well another thread by me just so everyone could discuss about the swissy.
Its true EURUSD is almost a mirror of USDCHF.

Please discuss here about it.

Can anyone tell me if they see the chfjpy going short today. Im in a sell trade on breakeven. This thing moves in consolidation and suddenly shoots a big candle. I hope im in the right direction today and a big bear candle.

hey man. i only trade usdchf and this is because it is a mirror of eurusd. i dont trade other chf pair. i like keeping it simple

from my chart i see chf appreciating versus usd in a short while. my bias could change if i see otherwise, but at the moment im short usdchf

i dont trade this pair. but from the chart u posted, i can see a clear inverted head and shoulder so i think u shd be careful. if i were u i will buy the neckline. just my thought

Just to be clear about the mirror thing. EURUSD and USDCHF are not total mirrors of each other. They are negatively correlated at 97% (not 100%). You can actually trade a strategy which exactly exploits this 3% difference (on very small TFs).

I use price action USDCHF too when I trade EURUSD

Today, I am very bullish with GBPCHF, this is on daily chart. Let's see if we will have couple of pips here. LONG GBPCHF, SL at almost 130 pips.

Notice GBPCHF is almost the mirror of EURGBP. Only that when EURGBP moves 1 pip, GBPCHF moves 1.8-2 pips (on average).

HI,

I am new to forex and I was wondering what you all thought about a recent claim that a multi-year long on USDCHF may result in several thousand pips?

I voted GBPCHF in the poll but today CADCHF is my favorite

Did any day traders get on board? It gave an extra sell signal on the big candle 4H down

Closing now at 122% of ADR, should be happy with that, can always get back on the trend next week

Assuming it's a new downtrend of course
