hello there
I would like to ask why CADCHF burst upwards yesterday 5/03/08 at 16:00 when the fundamental announcement for USD ISM Non-Manufacturing Composite was released. I mean, USD was not in the currency pair CADCHF. So, in my opinion, I do not see the relation between the fundamental announcement I mentioned and the big move that took place yesterday in CADCHF.

I am not an expert, but my understanding is that the CAD economy is so interwoven with the US and very dependant on the US for their economical health, that the market viewed the improvement in US ISM Non-manufacturing as good news for the CAD's performance going forward.
