technically speaking i see EURO with strong downtrend...but u never know

Head and shoulders on dailies also and we retraced to the neckline after breaking it, good point to short technically.
But still i somewhat dollar bear. Oil can also push E/U and there were some explosions in Nigeria on saturday...

EURUSD: Declines Halted, Corrective Recovery Triggered.


EURUSD- EUR paused its declines activated at its Mar 19’09 high at 1.3738 the past week and embarked on a corrective rally to close higher at 1.3242. This is coming on the heels of a turn off the 1.2889 level, its April 20’09 low followed with a four-day of higher closes. This now suggests that further upside is envisaged and price should now shape up towards its channel top at 1.3378 which is within the vicinity of its April 13’09 high at 1.3392. These two key levels should provide strong resistance and turn down the pair thereby continuing its declines.However,if that fails to materialize, further higher prices should build up towards the 1.3553/83 area where its daily 200 ema/April 06’09 high is located with a turn above there clearing the way for an additional acceleration of price towards its Mar 19’09 high at 1.3738 and possibly beyond. This view continues to be supported by its positive weekly and daily RSI suggesting further upside. Supports are located at the 1.3113 level, its Mar 30’09 low and the 1.3090/93 level, its Feb 09’09 high/April 09’09 low ahead of the 1.2992/1.3000 area, its Feb 23’09 high/psycho level .Breaking and holding below the latter will expose the 1.2889 level, its April 20’09 low with a loss of there triggering the resumption of its short term declines off the 1.3738 level towards the 1.2456 level, its Mar 04’09 high. On the whole, though correction is now in force while that is limited within its declining channel and its series of lower highs and lower lows is in place, we retain our downside view for an eventual resumption of EUR’s declines off the 1.3738 level.

My expectations: a brake of the red ML parallel will put us into the 1.3780 area I suppose. Maybe followed by a last attempt on the blue trendline. Clear penetration of 1.3750 and I will be aiming for 1.35.

If price cuts through the blue line, its bull time and I guess 1.4150 may indeed come true...

EUR-USD Weekly and Daily Charts.

Thanks for charts , I do follow the first chart for months & still believe the impuse wave initiated to be end and in present time the iv wave can't go below the wave i.So it to go up contrary most believe down to as low as 1.34.
Again if the wicks remove then it complete a bearish pattern of AB=CD but wicks in weekly /daily are not happened by hrs so they can't be ignored for a chance it go now down & even it happen it to go to the lowest low than only 1.34 only , o.9 or less .Impossible at this stage .

Lookin to hold some shorts next week, this looks likely to retest the lower range bound at 1.373 or even the uptrend bound at 1.35ish if it manages to break out of the small triangle. With gold squeezed between almost broken trendline and the xpMA, anything can happen so business as usual, profits you took early never cost you a penny.

Dude...let's be fair...I stated that the low of the week zone was 1.3769 and I was correct give or take 10 pips. You could have bagged close to 250 pips off the back of that.

Okay, 4175 was out by a few pips but directionally I was spot on again.

My panel forecasts an open of no more than 3908.
