My reference to "experienced" was not in the context of trading skill but simply in regard to ample time to have noticed the phenomina I was talking about, namely the triple witching exhaustion of maybe 3 hours after the start of the NY session

Yes , true but it worked perfectly . shorted 2 times and closed 1.3961 and one underway having sufficient profit to cover my long even if over 200pips loss . Again I still hope there will be time for longs again after 1 failure before down perhaps .

As far as I know the only person who could be considered "experienced" would be Jimmy Hendrix. When you ask the rest of us it kinda depends on what day of the week it is

Yes, I was only joking earlier btw. These figures have always been flying around - 90% or 95%. I'm sort of hoping these figures have decreased with forums like this around to help new traders. I guess it isn't something brokers like to advertise e.g. 90% of our clients lose their money within 6 months, come open an account with us and receive 10% bonus!
Nothing worth having is easy.

Don't see why the figures would be decreased. A lot are part time traders, a lot are underfunded and a lot are trading with less than 2 years experience, and there's always been forums and newsletters, training courses, etc.

I took a LONG at 1.3975.....too early but held it as priced went to 1.3960.....looking for a re-test...hope your 4025 comes true Notch!

Atlast you missed it as you were looking for 1.3954...what are your plans still?

This latest price action has got me woried and thinking too.
But here are what i am pondering with:
Could it be that the big boys have not gotten enough in the net yet,i mean pump and dump.I am aware they know how most of our systems work and plenty say once your stop is hit,trade the opposite.then maybe they just cleared the Sl of the sellers and leave the buyers who's SL was hit earlier a bit circulorgically down wondering why they left the trade and would want to chase now.
And many have said 1.4xx is key resistance,now that it is broken would jump in with all the confidence in the world and won't even bother to put a stop and get pornished with an unexpected gap.
Really i have seen this manipulations so many times before and rushed to close a trade i would have made a killing in and left hitting my head against the wall.Sometimes it is in this situation's you are left thinking if your system is worth trusting.For me i would stick to it for now until i feel i can't take it anymore.
