If i had to make a short today, i wouldn't target anything extreme like 3700 unless 4050+ is reached and maybe backed with divergence.

Good morning all.

We have a bull flag and a typical pattern that I've seen before where we have what looks like a Gartley W (well that's what I call it anyway, not sure if it really is true Gartley.) Basically the flag is formed at the end of the W (the last point you would draw when writing a W before your pencil leaves the paper.)

Quite often this area will stall for a bit and then continue upwards which is in line w/ a bull flag and then we get a nice drop.

Basically what this means is I'll be looking for a drop a bit north of here. Given the pattern I would look for the drop to begin somewhere around 4050, but as always I don't play exact pips, just general areas.

Here's what I mean, you can see it on the 15M chart...

Which side do you want to be trading, and when. Hourly has buying pressure building up, some to and fro to be expected where scalpers accumulate.

I like your chart. I also have a trendline that would put a good short area at 4020 - it's a downward-sloping line from 4240 on June 4 to 4146 on June 10.

Market shyed away from round number, so expecting a retrace to below 1.3959
