Yields only going down because Fed is monetizing debt by purchasing bonds - foreign investment in bonds has declined dramatically.

While it's theoretical that's the perception some will play, and we all know how perception moves the currency around. One day, risk aversion, next risk appetite, next global currency reserve status, next, oil, and so on.... With us at historic low rates, only one way it can go, so only a matter of when, that's the only sure thing at the moment.
