looks like 3825 is holding for now; if it breaks, it looks like 3890 is the next hourly resistance. entered another short at 3800 w/3825 stop, holding another 3880 short from last night. also, this upmove has taken RSI from around 20 to around 40 on the hourlies.

EUR-USD fell on Monday following a "red" candle for Friday on the daily chart. We have found support a little below the 'neck-line' of the H&S pattern. At this stage it is hard to tell if we will continue down or get a bounce.

FOR TUESDAY:

We have a few reports coming out in the EuroZone and in USA that should move the EUR-USD pair.

4:30 ET CPI y/y (GBP)
5:00 ET German ZEW Economic Sentiment (EUR)
8:30 ET Building Permits (USA)
8:30 ET PPI & Core PPI (USA)
9:15 ET Capicity Utilization & Industrial Production (USA)

IMO....If we do not see a break of today's low of 1.3748, it is possible for EUR-USD to retrace up to 1.3912 (38.2%) before taking another try on the down side. With the USA stock market taking a beating on Monday we could see a 'dead-cat bounce' which should help EUR-USD retrace.

I think, based primary in Mcrae Method, that EurUsd should go to the downside till 1.3590. Anybody is with me??

is anyone seeing that we are forming wave c in uptrend for rally to w 5
as yesterday it touched 1.3750 38.2
but due to stock market is not stable today so have to see break below

1.3750
could take to 1.3600 50% retrace from daily chart

the thing is to watch now is s&P tonight if it is stable and stand strong then possible for a wave 5 but will have to make 1.2-3-4-5
or h&S in day is clear
any suugestion from here as i have not open any position
trying to see the pattern and waiting for breakout

Try to enter short with a SL in 1.3820

Long from 3750. A perfect bounce off the 38.2 at 3748. First target 3850...getting close now.

been focused on a new project along with looking at slightly longer t/f's. Drew a fib from high to low on this drop 1.4171 - 1.3747.

There has been no bounce to the 23.6% of 1.3847 - - yet. There hasn't even been a serious attempt. With the 21 ema in the way; I'm inclined to think we may see another attempt at low - - or - - it could blow right on by to touch the 23.6%. If it blows by the ema AND the 23.6% fib hard enough - there may be a further retrace up to 38.2%. I don't see that happening though, anytime soon (but, it could).

Or - door number thre Bob - Go the 23.6% (which is also very close to my DP) then blow right on down to the low and ............

This retrace does not have serious gumption to it (my PSAR's are telling me that); so, my bias is downward.

as always - be nimble, be quick and don't marry your damn trade.
