Euro witnessed highly volatile trading session on Friday as it nose-dived close to 330 pips. Major sell off was seen in Euro after the NFP data. Immediate support comes around 1.3840-3880 levels (21 Daily EMA). Above this level, the bias for Euro remains bullish. Cautious buying around those levels is suggested for 100-120-150 pips. (Eur/Usd:1.3975). Bullish above 1.3750.

Why 1.3800, do they have to have horizontal necklines to be valid ?

I personally dont put that much into the symmetry. Its more like reading what the herd is trying to achieve... A high, retrace, a higher high, retrace to the retrace level just before, then next high isnt able to reach the highest high, then it brakes down through the retracements bottom. ==>> sign of downtrend...

1. It is a nice number
2. It is the last higher low of un uptrend
3. And yes, it is horizontal support
