I think I'm not drunk anymore.
Just put in a short @ 1.4140 and that's probably not wise.
So

bought it @ 4115 and will close it @ 4200 .. and then i will short

my chart tell me this long story will end @ 4195 but i think it may kiss round number 4200
Never sell @ lower upward channel unless breacked and vise versa .

all - well; looks like PA last hour hit my 21ema; didn't like it AT ALL, and blew north - mmm - though, I am seeing some bear divergences building on the 5; 15 and 30 min t/f's. Might be a night full of fright!!

shorted @ 4190 and also sell limit @ 4200 lets see

My reference bible on TA is JJ Murphy's "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" in which somewhere he says and I paraphrase: support & resistance levels are more valid for more recent prices. I am always amazed when I draw a horizontal or diagonal trendline on my chart and the price goes to the line and bounces. But I don't usually look at prices any further back than a week or so...
I cancelled Thursday's trade due to having taken it without much thought. Friday I decided to take some trades,based on the price going back to retest December 18th bar which as I write it is is attempting.

On the 15 min chart I attach, all horizontal lines relate to closes of Daily bars between Dec 18th & Jan 2nd, the unbroken black bar relates to Dec 26th pullback bar, an area at which it could have gone back down. I closed out my last trade of the day due to Oanda widening the spread (as shown) at the end of the week.
