Take time to spot support and resistance levels on higher time frames. ALl the ranging in smaller time frames is useless look at higher time frames. Use 1hr for entries and be patient. patience is key! if EU breaks 1.4050 we are going to 1.41 and may even higher. Dont fight the trend
If it breaks 1.4000 it will go upto somwhere in the region of 1.4100.
Its not looking too bright for the sells at the moment. Draw a andrews pitchfork on the daily chart and you will see what i mean.

I am teetering on this whole oil / gold reflation trade hype.

Maybe a substantial retrace is in order. It could rally 200 pips, but on what?

For EUR to reach 1.44 Oil would probably have to be a bit higher.

I need to get that historical data for oil.

As it stands I see potential for rejection at these levels in commodities and currencies and need to play it safe.

EDIT: Usually this is when the price spikes and leaves me in the dust.

Today being a Friday should see the rangey /consol straddling btw 13999-13920 playing out unless there is a big selloff in 14000/25 level triggering a breakout/panic as there are tons of SLs and options being position there.
Its a matter of times before it does.

I personally dont really pay attention or care where the price is going as long as I am position right behind it all the times.
Let the forecasters/predictors/would be gooroos make all the calls while I cheered them on.

I dont know if AK is playing with the new toys which i sent him or mabbe he just threw it away..?

GL and happy pippings all and becareful of those whipsaws which normally kicks in before any significant moves.

That doesn't justify inflation outright. We need people spending money for inflation to go up. People with jobs. The only motivation for higher commodities right now is speculation and anticipation of what might be. I am all for some inflation, for teh record, just not all at once.

While you are long you are holding Euros, so if you want dollars you'll need to buy them back at 1/5000 the price.

Depends. I was very happy with inflation as an employer in the past, but now am an employee ....... until June 30.
