Thats a standard Stochastic Indy and the red line is 100 SMA which is irrelevent on this particular chart. Just showing the Stoch. and the Bullish Divergence.

01:38 German Debts Set To Blow "Like A Grenade" UK Telegraph Sydney May 26.
The UK Telegraph carries a piece by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard saying that
Germany"s financial regulator BaFin has warned that the toxic debts of the country"s banks will blow up "like a grenade" unless they take advantage of the government"s bad bank plans to prepare for the next phase of the crisis. An internal memo by the regulator"s office suggested that likely write-offs may reach 816bn, twice the entire reserves of the Germany"s financial institutions.
The German bad bank plan has been criticized as an attempt to brush the problems under the carpet until after the elections in September.

The story is not fresh news, rather an opinion piece, but it is circulating around the market, providing underlying concern for long EUR positions.

This is what i have on my 1h chart the divergence is slightly headed down and i have scholastic s up on the bottom are they drawn correctly??? anyone can confirm im right

You may like to horizontally cut through all these to determine which one should be most reliable. Marginal difference. Mine is based on two ciritical 1H closes on Friday and Monday (Sunday for some).
