Closed half position for about 50 pips. That's about 125 pips so far today... going to let the rest of this position ride, SL moved just above that double bottom on the 15M. If 3620-3630 becomes support I'll be adding to my current remaining long.
I am still on long as though my trades survives sl 13617.I will change my long views unless price break 1.3520 effectively & remain below it for long time. TP adjusted to new one 1.3615 for now .will add more long perhaps at 1.3575

Is there a flag forming in M5? Up up and away... we'll kill the 3600
SL moved up to just below 3580. If it gets hit I'll look to re-enter long above 3620 or back down at the main TL around 3530.
I'm waiting for 1.3572 and that will be it for today...too much ups and downs today

Let some more few pips to breath. a M30 closing above 1.3611, means OUT for shorts.
If it looks a H& S formation in H4 at the top of the uptrend ?

stop eating bread or any simple carb for that matter. you need to get your body into ketosis (fat burning mode), and the way to do that is to cut out all the simple carbs. (bread, pasta, sugar drinks, etc.). do that and some cardio and you should be able to dropa few lbs in a few days.
