Sure, if you look at the candle that closed across the 15m 35, it's closed price is 5142 on my feed, so I add 35 pips to get 5177. Once we get 35 pips over the closed price of the candle that closes across the 15m 35, you can accept that the trend has changed. This is also a basis for a short on the cross of the 15m 35/50 with a SL of 35. You could also have a PO short 30 pips higher with an even tighter SL. As you can see, sellers came in around 5170.

Indecisive long legged doji. Sellers and buyers were equal. Upper leg and lower leg almost equal in size and small body. No direction from that candle, but the hammer is still in play on the h1. It was confirmed with the following h1 candle.

No worries! I'll get some charts posted showing this. I've went over it before, but I think many have forgotten or don't grasp it in it's entirety yet. I think candle by candle charts would help them understand. Now, If we would have gotten the 5177 price, buyers would buy like a banshi at the 15m 35. I still think they will or maybe at the 15m 200sma which is just under the 15m 35. Many people consider 25 pips to be enough for the trend to have changed, I like 35 on cable, it provides cushion for the whipsaw that cable offers.

Only wine I drank in college was Mad Dog 2020 or Boones Farm. I was too broke to be able to afford beer above Bush Light even. Hell, we could get 30 packs of bush light for $5.99 COLD..

Hey David! Sorry you jumped in when you did! You would have had a great short price there, profit and cover now on it. Oh well! Let's see how price reacts down here with the 15m 35.
