sl no more than 2-3 pips above because it is the bar itself that got me in the trade in the first place

Thanks. I know what a divergence chart looks like but I was hoping that you had a real example available on a -30 min chart. These idealised version at babypips do not include the typical filtering that the trader uses (consciously or unconciously). Perhaps one where the entire move hasn't started yet. If not it is okay.

Did you place your SL above the highest high. Where did you TP? Did it concern you that the Stoc was indicating trend continuation? What did the SAR have to do with it?

My t/p was 20 pips (Part of my overall trading strategy). In regards to Stoch - no. SAR - nothing other than giving me another thingy to look at and get a feel for things. My sig - will give you an idea of my specific strategy. Divergence is an important part -
