You may like to consider hedging EUR/USD with USD/CHF. Won't be perfect but something is better than nothing.

I don't hedge in same pair. It is basically nothing more than closing your position with false hopes.

Thankfully I'm already with FXCM UK, although I'm getting the feeling they have lost 2 cheques in a row I've sent them and I'm in the UK BAD SIGN!!

yeah got stopped out this morning , was up almost a 50 pips but then closed for -40 at 1728

I got stopped a lot this week.

well if dollar get strong it may move north at double speed..cause oil should go down at the same time.. flip that over if dollar weak....uc only

i transferred my account to fxcm UK coz of the hedge thing

Do people still use cheques? Wow. Did you know you can BACS FXCM's UK account? I doubt it was FXCM that lost your cheques because they want your money.

hmm. i am just staying out now for some time, i see no direction (atleast nothing that my usual set of toolbox will show me) it has been a loser week in net, a couple 20-30 pips winners, and a few big losers.

its kind of surprising because i dont see no friggin reason in this optimism. ofcourse USD was to becone very weak, but that was to happne when NOBAMA would have slowly sucked it over a period of 2-3 years, but i was kinnd of sure usd will reign supreme till july-august.

well but who cares, all i care is to adapt sooner than the market eviscirates me

I don't know why but Bullfx's avatar reminded me of you.

So the game is over. Obviously, you won the traffic game.

These longer vessels are boring. We are exactly at the same place after 24 hours. But this will be Thursday here in about three hours. Thursdays have lately replaced Fridays and therefore some movement expected. Still looking for my lost hat but will keep on carrying my longs maybe into next week.

Supposed to take the same time, and a Wire has a Charge where as Cheque is free so a no brainer really, that and getting the girlie in the bank to fill in a wire form is although funny very time consuming.

2 in a row if the money is in my account tommorow, is impressive even for the royal mail!!

Alado - I quoted from the article that the dollar has been in consolidation and is poised to break out. The author of the article believes the break more likely to be to the down side but that doesn't mean necessarily tomorrow. Anything can happen when the news comes out on ECB rates and the results of the bank stress tests. Best to stay out of market until after the news.

yes. it was.. but have even slowed down doing this.. i dont know the direction of real trend..everyone is waiting on news now.. i suspect you will get little more then range trades.. did you get the system that one eye dude uses here..

yes sir! when you risk less, and things go sour, you lose small, but consequently it takes equally longer to get back what you lost.

but does not matter as long as i get my benchmark 30 % to keep me going
