I am short at 3312 now-H-lines shows my area for further shorts. 1.3586 is my stop.

PS- It seems the falling trendline could not be pierced and RSI oversold too. I am looking down from here now, though a upside to 3500 possible. Anyone concur here NOW??

Target at 3005.

Are you going for the h4/h1 lrc lower bound? Might be a little aggressive. Not saying is wrong, it's just gonna take a while.

Attila- depends on what channel you use? I use LRC, and I use that only as a secondary confirmation to size up the move (exits basically). I rarely use any channel for an entry. Yes, I see a "possible" bounce off H1 but it in H4 LRC limbo currently.

Yes, my trades last 12-14 4-hours bars. So either my stop is hit or I get good news usually 40-60 hours into the trade.

I see. I'm not using the channels for entries as they are frequently violated, but I use them for exits. I think we might have different lrc set ups, as my one and four hours line up right now. So you are a longer timeframe type, so waiting won't bother you. That's perfectly all right.

fundamental wise, people are thinking a -6% GDP aint that bad (I think it is a bottom too), Lewis is out, Chrysler may after all be saved, Wall street rallied-so why not Euro. Also it being wednseday and all.

But sooner or later some one will understand that all these good news are coming out of USA, and Europe may still be in the gutter for a long time to come. If I was market, I will just hammer Euro tonight considering no more QE by Mr. NOBAMA.

But my concurrence is conditional on what happens next. We may have shifted gears. I've had to discard my last large-scale Elliot Wave count, and rethink this one, as levels are being violated, forcing me to reconsider what's going on. I was extremely bearish and didn't think we'd see that upper trendline approached for a long time. Now, well, it's a whole other ball game. We're currently in the fifth wave of a five-wave impulse up, that seems bound to top around 1.3370. Then, will it be a typical ABC correction, launching us right into another five waves up?

I'm beginning to view that March climb from .2600 as the first leg (a) of a major C correction. If that's the case, and the recent dollar strength was an ABC zig-zag from 1.3700, then it was the middle arm of the C stroke, and we have "c of C" coming up, which, according to Elliot Wave theory, should be equal length to the upstroke from 1.3600 to 1.3700, which puts us.... looking from 1.2900 to 1.400.

It's possible. As far as I can see it would allow the pattern we've seen to be accomodated by an Elliot Count. It's quickly becoming my preferred count, as my last one was shattered by recent highs (I thought we'd just seen a 3 of 3 down.

-6% isn't the bottom, still a way to fall and thats without factoring in the effect of a swine flu world wide, just been raised to level 5 outta 6, expect it'll be raised to level 6 within a week sadly.

The odds are most of you will have it by the end of the year, time off work, the panic as it spreads, NASTY!!!
