3 min ago spread jumped to 33!

How are you able to manage SLs?

Spread with my broker right now is 2. I keep the same SL rules as I do on cable.

I remember - the name of your broker is a big secret.
My broker has reasonable spreads for GU and EU, but EY looks outrageous!
Right now it is 11.

No, it's no big secret. My main broker is MB Trading, my secondary broker is FXDD. FXDD spread is fixed at 4, MB is variable.

OK, let me ask you this.
I noticed many traders here mentioned that they have multiple accounts.
What is a possible advantage in it?

Here's my advantage. During low volume times, my fixed spread broker is who I'll use. Low volume with my variable broker can drive the spread up to 12. Also, if I'm holding a position for a longer term, and I see an opportunity to go against myself, I can use my other broker. I do it all the time. Example, I still have a long position on GU covered at +25, but I played a short from 4800 while still having my long position open. These are my main reasons for having 2 brokers.

DAMNIT! I didn't see your post til now. I was watching mistress to get out of my long on her and go short and didn't look at the main squeeze! I hope you went short on her ass! The hangman was there with a lower wick than the prior h4 candle.

But if you are playing "against youself" - why can't you use hedging option?

I know you don't like TF less then 15M, but this one was pretty steady for a while.
I am thinking to short below 4750.

I don't recommend hedging. Plus, neither of my brokers offer it. The position today where I went against my long was a good position to take, I just covered a little too quick. Higher TF PA didn't support a reversal. My main broker MB, if I'm long on a position and I enter a short position, it will close out my long position. So, if I want to close and reverse and I have 5 lots long and want to go 5 lots short, I have to enter a short order for 10 lots to close the 5 long and open 5 short.

Nothing wrong with a lower TF, I'm accustom to the 15m myself. I can see your short at 4750 being a good position to have. At this point, cable has closed below the 35/50 and once we get a price below 4720, shorts will be in play off the 15m 5/10/21.
