I have read through your thread but don't seem to find an explanation to the abbreviation LFX. I would presume it's some sort of indicie similar to dollar index. Could you please enlighten me

not use to lfx charts.. but i think i agree.. dow and s&p futures market are both down, may see strong yen.. dollar is positive yet euro has trouble going through 1.3000. so will need a break of 1.3000...

You will see by using your fib tool the bigger picture. Do this with any 4 hour swing high and swing low and see what happens when breaches the 100. If you look at the 4 hour of the eur/jpy a sloppy head and shoulders has occurred. If it is a true one...will come back to the neckline trend line and good entry point from there. On short term, I rarely take the break out of the Daily high/low since that is typically the signal of where it wants to go. Short term target is 122.93. 126.08 is the main number you want to watch as there may be an interesting retest... at that level. May even surpass which would be great for another strong break downward of 126.08 will be a great downward move to 122.93.
