scale down to the 15m as the 1h approaches the 62ema. It's a great one to trade, but do it sensibly like with everything else.

I'm assuming 8 pm isn't GMT, for me, that would be 1 hour from now.

Let's try it another way, for me, according to FF, Tokyo opens in 6 hours. When, before the tokyo open, would you want to be looking at your charts?

I start looking 1.5 hrs before tokyo open ..Sometimes it will start a slow trade that builds with momentum as it gets closer to the open .. You will see..

I start looking for my first Asian trade as of the close of the US Session for the next 2 1/2 hours.

dont mix up GMT and BST, on our current BST, tokyo opens midnight, personally i would want to set my alarm 3 hours before it opened, 9pm for us(8pm GMT)
for me 3 hours is enough to get up, showered, fed and dog walked, then no distractions before i sit down like Ken says, 90 mins before starting

Turtle and I were talking about it a couple of weekends ago. She's just not bouncing like she use to off the h1 62ema. If I get solid 15m pa to confirm it, I'll take it, but I tried one last week that burned my ass as well. Just confirms that I'll wait for the confirmation.

Last week was by far the worst trading week of my life. I couldn't pick the winner of a one horse race. By the time Friday rolled around I was ready to close my trading account and take up another hobby.
