It gives you the POWER.....
So when you TEACH....you are in a way giving POWER to other Traders,by sharing your knowledge.......
Hence they can become confident in their own Trading...

Hussin - I think the word Baz is referring to should be "empower" which means "To equip or supply with an ability; enable"

Baz please correct me if I'm wrong.
