as they say third time is a charm , in hourly chart i got 3 tests to break through 1.2985 and the third one is going on now , if this move couldn't break it i guess i will short it again , my overall bias is short although i see a reversal signals in 4h chart it isn't enough yet, not till 2985 is broken and even if its broken i guess it will be only a retractment from 2900 to test 3000 , euro didn't prove any strength and all i can see is the news candle showing bulls action after the Zew news and thats all for it it was a news candle
so i guess we'll see , happy trading all and have green pips

Rule,
I've always found trading (fx, stocks, futures, etc) extremely boring. Though, I trade the 5 min chart, I find that I have a lot of downtime; time spend doing uses less research, web surfing, chat/message boards ... etc.

I trade 15' chart. Soon we go down near 1.2925

Eh. No. I will never find myself working a 9to5 ever again! Trading allows me all this free-time, work under my roof, by my rules. I left a nice cushy, desk job at a very large, popular bank of 16 years. It was what I've always wanted to be when I was a child. A business man with an office. Once I got the taste of sweet life and freedom, I couldn't retire fast enough once I made some coin trading fx. I use to have so many priorities but now, my only priority is to keep and hold on to what I have gained and enjoy life, once again.

Couple thoughts...

1. Is there a gap that we need to close at 1.3050? And whether there is or isn't, 1.3050 would make sense as a strong resistance area.

2. This is something I've mentioned before and kept in mind... if the fed hadn't dumped a trillion dollars into the system, causing that huge spike a while back, then right now we'd actually be at previous lows on the charts. So, one could argue that that's where we are now (the 1.24-1.25 area) and could expect a rise or even reversal here. However, I'm not sure that would really apply in the long term, so it might not be a valid argument.

Huh? The more money I make with forex the more boring it gets... If your trade has any excitement to it then you're taking way too much of a risk and need to wait for a better entry or use better MM.
